This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify, develop, and manage a client portfolio while discovering business opportunities in temporary climate solutions, ensuring a steady flow of a qualified pipeline that aligns with the business unit's strategy.
• Oversee intricate commercial negotiations related to HVAC rental agreements (including chillers, rooftop units, and fan coils), ensuring profitability, adherence to timelines, effective risk management, and compliance with the company's commercial policies.
• Collaborate with technical and application engineering teams to create commercial proposals and budgets that ensure both technical and financial viability while meeting client needs.
• Conduct technical and commercial site visits to clients and prospects to comprehend their requirements, assist in solution development, and enhance commercial relationships.
• Oversee the sales pipeline within the CRM system, maintaining current information, providing accurate forecasts, and ensuring pipeline visibility to aid business unit management.
• Serve as the liaison between clients and internal departments, facilitating technical, operational, and contractual alignment throughout the proposal, closing, and contract initiation phases.
• Assist the Manager of the Air Conditioning Unit in generating reports, analyses, and presentations on commercial performance, contributing to strategic decision-making.
• High school diploma is required.
• Enrollment in a degree program for Commercial Management or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Sales/Commercial Consultant.
• Familiarity with chillers, rooftop units, and fan coils.
• Solid technical understanding of the product and its applications.
• Proficient in negotiation techniques and CRM systems.
• Demonstrated agility, excellent communication abilities, proactivity, and strong interpersonal skills.
