This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identifying, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet staffing requirements.
• Establishing and sustaining recruitment pipelines for various roles.
• Collaborating with department leaders, HR personnel, and hiring managers to address workforce needs.
• Assisting in strategic workforce planning and enhancing processes in talent acquisition.
• Advertising job vacancies and overseeing applicant tracking systems.
• Performing phone interviews, candidate evaluations, and coordinating interviews.
• Building and maintaining candidate pools for essential positions.
• Overseeing the onboarding and offboarding procedures for new hires.
• Keeping a centralized record of approved staffing agencies and liaising with them.
• Assisting the payroll team during onboarding and termination activities.
• SHRM certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is required.
• Experience in recruiting within healthcare, human services, or nonprofit environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws and EEO/AA regulations is an advantage.
• Capability to pass background checks and reference verifications.
