Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You conduct applicant screenings and initial interviews, guiding candidates through the hiring process.

• You coordinate interviews, keep all relevant stakeholders informed, and ensure a smooth workflow in daily operations.

• You assist in active sourcing and identify suitable talents for our open positions.

• You maintain our applicant management system, ensuring that information is accurately documented and processes are reliably tracked.

• You take responsibility for smaller projects and contribute ideas for optimizing our recruiting processes.

• You collaborate closely with TA, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders.

• You bring initial practical experience in talent acquisition or a comparable environment.

• You work in a structured manner, maintaining an overview even with multiple concurrent tasks, and prioritize effectively.

• You approach tasks proactively, take responsibility, and do not wait for assignments to be given.

• You quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, tools, and processes, and enjoy learning.

• You communicate confidently and professionally in both German and English.

• You thrive in a dynamic environment and can adapt flexibly to changes.
