This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Assist in the complete recruitment cycle for various positions, encompassing candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer assistance.

• Identify candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, job platforms, and proactive outreach efforts.

• Evaluate resumes and perform initial candidate assessments to gauge basic fit for the role, motivation levels, and communication skills.

• Organize interviews, manage scheduling, and collect feedback from both candidates and hiring managers.

• Ensure accurate and current candidate information is maintained in the ATS, promoting data integrity and consistency in processes.

• Contribute to recruiting projects and process enhancements as the team grows, focusing on candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.

• Help maintain efficient hiring operations, ensuring responsiveness and timely progress.


⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, operations, coordination, or similar roles (recent graduates with a keen interest in recruiting are encouraged to apply).

• Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS platforms.

• A proactive, growth-oriented attitude and receptiveness to feedback.

• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and ensure dependable follow-through.

• (Prior experience in recruitment is advantageous but not essential. A positive attitude, curiosity, and ability to execute are prioritized.)
